We’ll combine strength training with endurance exercises to maximize both fat loss and muscle growth.
You’ll feel the burn with a mix of strength work and moderate-intensity cardio, and we’ll even sprinkle in some HIIT to torch those calories.
On the nutrition side, we’re introducing more complex carbs around your workouts to fuel performance and optimize recovery, while keeping protein high and fats moderate to continue building muscle.
