About Dave

Dave's journey to wellness began at the pivotal age of 50. Faced with health challenges in the form of a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis, he embarked on a transformative path, immersing himself in the realms of nutrition, gut health, and stress management. His personal revolution evolved into Prime45, a platform dedicated to guiding others towards revitalizing their health and energy.

Prime45 is more than just a health program; it’s a commitment to achieving longevity at any stage of life. Dave has thoughtfully designed a blueprint centered on strength enhancement, vitality improvement, and sustainable wellness practices, providing the resources and support for those over 45 who aim to thrive and embrace a lively future.

As of this writing Dave has over 50 years of training experience since he joined the Marines at 17. He's transformed his own body going from a body weight of 135 to 320 - at the time of this picture he was 265. Former bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman he's accomplished all of this drug-free. Just consuming healthy foods and training hard.
